Overview
We supply doctoring systems with oscillating and air tube-loaded configurations for effective roll and cylinder cleaning. Uniform blade pressure improves surface cleanliness and extends blade life. This helps reduce sheet defects and maintenance requirements. Suitable for multiple sections of the paper machine.
Scope of Delivery
- Oscillating Doctor - Includes high-speed oscillating motor (AC servo), blade holder/beam (alloy steel), oscillation shaft/bearings, adjustable oscillation length (300-2000mm), dampers, and safety covers.
- Air Tube Loaded Doctor - Pneumatic air cylinders/tubes (stainless), pressure regulators (0-6 bar), blade clamps, position sensors (linear transducers), mounting brackets, and solenoid valves.
Other common components include Doctor blades (metal/polymer, various bevels), oscillation controls/PLC panel, air preparation unit (filter/dryer), lubrication-free bearings, spares (blades/oscillator parts), and commissioning.
