Overview

Automatically cut jumbo cores (3-6" dia., 3-6m long) into shorter lengths (0.5-2m) matching customer specs, used post-pope reeling for efficient roll loading in converting operations.

Scope of Delivery

• Includes core loader/feeder (pneumatic), cutting station (4-8 V-knives or saw spindles), discharge conveyor, length measurement encoders, and HMI control panel.
• Other common components include VFD motors (5-15 kW), pneumatic clamps/cylinders, dust collection ports, safety light curtains, spares (blades/grippers/seals), and commissioning setup.
